- The itinerary may be adjusted depending on weather conditions to ensure the best possible experience.
- The price is not applicable during public holidays (New Year’s Day, Lunar New Year, Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day, April 30 – May 1, and September 2). Holiday pricing periods may vary depending on each destination. Payment is made on site.

- Guests are required to provide full name, phone number, and hotel address for pickup arrangement.
- E-voucher is valid only for the selected date. No cancellation or refund after the tour departs.
- In case of bad weather (such as rough sea or heavy rain), Rooty Trip will notify you promptly and offer a free reschedule or full refund.
Know before you go
- Meals are not included for children under the age of 1
- Admission tickets will not be included for travelers under the age of 1 and are required to be purchased on-site
- Please prepare your own towel, sunscreen and extra clothes are also recommended to change on tour.
- The tour program might be changed based on the conditions and still maintain the number of visiting places.
- Customers are required to actively provide full name, ID number and the date of birth in order to buy the tourism insurance.
- If you are vegan, please inform us in the booking.
- Any unused services in the tour program are not refundable.
- Rooty Trip does not provide any medical products to customers. Please bring your personal medicine or sunscreen to take care of yourself.
