• Rooty Trip has the right to cancel the tour in some cases such as natural disasters, negative weather conditions, epidemics and wars.
• Rooty Trip does not return any other fees to the customers but the paid tour ticket(s) and/or other extra service charges.

• Cay Sao, Ham Ninh: 100.000 VND/pax (Rocks Beach Boutique, Voyage Phu Quoc Beach, Dugong Cottage, etc).

Reminders

• A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
• In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
• In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 00:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
• Please note that the optimal viewing period for sunset is the dry season (May – September) and boat will depart from An Thoi or Bai Sao in rain season. In the event that view is not as expected, no refunds will be granted.
• In cases of force majeure (terrorism, war, natural disasters, bad weather conditions, etc) or because of a ban on boat/ speedboat, cars, roads, strikes, the flight delay/cancel, etc… tour itineraries may be adjusted or cancelled. Booking shall be refunded for unused services and no other compensation to be applied.
• The tour program might be changed based on the conditions and still maintain the number of visiting places.
• Customers are required to actively provide full name, ID number and the date of birth in order to buy the tourism insurance.
• If you are vegan, please inform us in the booking.
• Red River Tour does not provide any medical products to customers. Please bring your personal medicine or sunscreen to take care of yourself.
• Any unused services in the tour program are not refundable.
