What’s special about Phu Quoc Night Market? The buzzing atmosphere, mouthwatering dishes, and exciting surprises:

• Grilled seafood is a must-try. I had lobster, Ham Ninh crab, and sea urchin – all fresh, sweet, and grilled on the spot.
• Herring salad is a famous Phu Quoc specialty – you cannot miss it!
• Local snacks like grilled rice paper, grilled banana with coconut milk, and toddy palm juice are cheap and tasty.
• Vietnamese craft beer is available too – I tried it at Sun Bavaria Bistro in Sunset Town. Highly recommended.
